Tan Gek Im was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2004. Her primary areas of focus are real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, banking and finance, and wills and estate administration. Conscientious and dedicated, Gek Im is also actively involved in housing development projects where she has acted for individual purchasers and property developers at various stages of the development, which include preparing the relevant agreements and documentation. She has vast experience in matters relating to Banking and Finance, having advised numerous banking and financial institutions and assisting with the preparation of the relevant documentation pertaining to project finance, property finance, corporate banking and bridging finance. Over the years, Gek Im has also advised the preparation of various legal documentation relating to corporate and commercial matters including private mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate restructurings/reorganisations and joint ventures.
