Lily is a Partner with the firm’s capital markets and mergers and acquisitions practice where she is involved in fundraising transactions which include initial public offerings and bond and sukuk issuances. She has acted as a key solicitor for a number of initial public offerings (IPOs) of companies including companies listed on the Main Market, ACE Market and LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia as well as the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
