Kenny Lam is a Partner with the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice where he specialises in Intellectual Property (IP). He is a graduate of the National University of Malaysia (UKM). Kenny focuses on the protection of IP rights, where he has represented clients on matters covering intellectual property ownership, licensing and assignment, global and domestic brand management, and infringement & enforcement of IP rights. Armed with an extensive network of foreign IP lawyers and agents through the firm’s affiliation with the SCG Legal network, Kenny has been able to assist clients in obtaining global IP protection. Additionally, Kenny also handles other aspects of dispute resolution where he has appeared in various civil, corporate and commercial disputes across various industries including oil & gas, aviation, construction, manufacturing and IT & software. His clients include Fortune 500 companies and small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
