Farah regularly acts for local and international clients in a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes ranging from oil & gas downstream business related contracts to product supply agreements as well as debt recovery and insolvency matters. Farah also has experience advising and acting in various tortious matters including claims in defamation, conspiracy, trespass, nuisance and negligence involving individuals and class actions claims whilst maintaining a special interest in public and administrative law matters particularly those involving town planning and land issues. She has appeared as co-counsel and counsel at all tiers of the Malaysian Courts and played a key role in many noteworthy and landmark cases in Malaysia which are reported in the law journals. Apart from court appearances, Farah also has been involved in commercial arbitrations and mediations.
