Our Approach
We provide a full range of legal services for both debt and equity capital market transactions in Malaysia, including transactions with a cross-border elements. Our team members have advised and acted for listed corporations, REITs, investment banks (whether acting as principal advisers, sponsors and/or underwriters) as well as applicants for listing on the stock exchanges of Malaysia and abroad.
Since capital market transactions may have tax-related issues, our advantage over the rest is the ability to draw from the expertise of our renowned Tax Practice to provide value-added service to our clients. In addition, we also pool together the expertise and resources of our Dispute Resolution Practice for due diligence findings on court and arbitration proceedings as well as assisting clients in mitigating the impact of such proceedings on their corporate exercises.
